Payment Terms: Payments on the Birdsnstuff website is due when you order/purchase a item/product and go to the checkout page to make that purchase either using a credit/debit card, paypal transaction, or by using a egift card bought through Birdsnstuff website for specific amount.

Shipping and delivery: Shipping times vary depending on location to be delivered at. For U.S. customers it averages around 3-7 business days but during high volume ordering times such as Christmas, production/shipping/delivery times can be longer. For individuals outside of the U.S. times are to be longer between 10-30 days. Shipping costs vary depending on product and individual's location.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

 Returns and exchanges are not supported if having ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind (customer's) mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Birdsnstuff offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing ahail@birdsnstuff.store and provide a clear photo showing the issue.If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Right to Cancel Statement: You have the right to cancel and receive a refund if you have fully paid for your order and before the process of the order has been shipped. If it is passed the shipping point in the process you will no longer be able to receive an order refund or cancel the order. To be eligible to cancel you need to pay with a credit/debit card or paypal payment method. No refunds or cancellations are available for payments made with an egift card.
